What I collect

I only collect the information you choose to give me. When you submit one of the forms on this site (contact, home valuation, seller's net sheet, or a guide request), I may collect:

• Your email address
• Your phone number
• A property address, if you provide one
• Any message or details you include

The tools on this site, such as the mortgage calculator and net sheet, run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not collected or sent to me unless you submit a form.

How I use it

I use the information you provide only to respond to your request and to help you buy, sell, or evaluate a home. For example, to send you a guide you asked for, prepare a net sheet, answer a question, or follow up about your real estate needs.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify's form service so they can be delivered to me by email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms. I may also use standard website analytics to understand general traffic patterns.

Text messages and calls

If you provide a phone number, you consent to my contacting you by phone or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic cookies and analytics tools to measure traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You can ask me to see, correct, or delete the information you have shared, or to stop contacting you, by emailing or calling me using the details below. I will honor reasonable requests promptly.
